Hi, my mother and I both were interviewed at Montreal consulate and she was approved while I was instructed to submit waiver for vaccination. It has been about a year since I have done so and paid fees but I never heard back. When I try to check my status on CEAC it just says "refused" and it has said this since the interview. Never updated or acknowledged my i-601. Any advice on how to check my status of i-601? Thank you
