    Hello all thanks for all the support and wishes. I took my oath and am now officially a US citizen. Lawrence offered the same day swearing in ceremony and I took the oath and my wife was allowed to view the proceedings. As for the interview it was very easy and straightforward and no additional documents were requested. The officer did the N400 interview and at the end said I-751 will be approved. My wife was allowed to be present in the room during my N400 interview. The questions I was asked were : 1. What are two ways citizens can take part in the civic process? 2. What age do men have to be to register for Selective service? 3. What happened at the constituitional convention? 4. What did MLK Jr. Do? 5. What is the capital of the United States? 6. Name one branch of the government Best wishes to all on your journeys

    Have my interview tomorrow and hoping it all goes well and I have the option for a same day swearing in ceremony

    Só my status still says case received. I received an interview notice from the local office for my I-751 so I don't know if it weren't from Vermont to Lawrence or from Vermont to NBC to Lawrence

    tried t o access interview notice and get this error uscis {"data":null,"error":{"developermessage":null,"usermessage":null}}. any one else expereincing this?

    just checked my status and says on July 19th we schedule you for an interview and we will mail you the notice. I tried accessing the notice file online and it says blank file. once i have access to the interview notice will provide an update here.

    Still waiting. Zero movement on N400 and I-751. Am thinking maybe withdraw N400 at some point. Fine dealing with this incompetent organisation

    just checked case staus ext and all USCIS has been doing is approving cases file in Vermont in April 2023 😠. This is just ducking ridiculous :(. We are being played for fools here

    Any updates from Vermont filers? It's been crickets since I submitted I751 in November and N400 in December last year. Local office for N400 is Lawrence MA.

    Just tired, frustrated and venting. I also noticed that most cases received on or around December 20-23, 2022 are still in the actively being reviewed state. Also no hope in my local office. Southern state offices seem to be moving rapidly. Hope this pain and torture ends soon

    Depends. Has done nothing for my application. Filed N400 in December 2022 and there has been no movement on I751 or N400.

    I-751 pending at VSC since November 2021. Status still says case received. Filed N400 in December 2022 and that is also stuck at actively being reviewed ( meaning thrown in the corner somewhere). It's just frustrating when I-751s filed in Feb 2023 are getting approved and so are N400s. I might consider a lawsuit once I become a citizen on the grounds of violating my right to pursuit of happiness. These idiots needs to be answerable. Maybe just fire them all and replace them with chat GPT.

    Same boat. I just stopped asking and we have no option but to wait :(. Getting stressed only hurts our health and they are operating in random mode

    Did your I751 case get transfered or is it still at Vermont? I assume mine is at Vermont as u got no notice of the case being transfered ?

    It's been just three months. I have been waiting since December last year. Be patient and I will eventually happen

    This is part of their new plan to drive down decision times and they achieve this by adjudicating new cases quicky to.lower the average processing time and haphazardly jumping all over the place.
