    I didn't, I started inquiring after two weeks through the public form. It doesn't affect your case how many times you inquire so why not? Oops, guess I spoke too soon! I literally just got an email letting me know my case # and that it has been sent to my US Embassy in London!

    I sent an inquiry and received an email back. I sent a direct email, rather than the public form -- NVCResearch@state.gov

    Has anyone received a case # from NVC? I got notification that our case arrived at NVC and was being "processed". I sent an inquiry and haven't heard anything yet -- it's been over a week from the inquiry, in the past it's only taken 2 days. I'm happy our case has finally arrived at NVC but now waiting for a case # seems a bit much.... anyone else?

    NOA2: March 10th Finally got an email today saying they received our case and "Your petition is now waiting for data entry into our systems." Ugh sharing everyones frustration about how long this is taking. Happy some movement is occurring and hoping for everyone the wait is over soon!

    NOA2 -- March 10th, 2023 Inquiry sent April 12th, 2023 -- Still haven't received our case. Pasted exact wording below: "Thank you for your inquiry. The National Visa Center (NVC) has not yet received your petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Although the Form I-797 approval notice mentions a delay of up to 30 days for cases to be delivered to NVC from USCIS, current shipping times may be longer. If you have not received a communication from NVC about this case within 60 days from the I-797 approval notice, please contact us again. Once NVC receives this petition from USCIS and enters it into our system, all case parties will receive a notice that they can begin processing if a visa number is immediately available."
