    We know that medical has validity of 6 months and police clearance of 1 year. And visa has to be issued before medial expires, else medical needs to be redone. Is it same for police clearance as well? Are there any cases that after AP has been cleared and passports have been submitted, and MTL asks to redo police clearance if 12 months have passed since previous police clearance?

    Correction- DQ is Jan 2021*. I was almost there😓

    My PD is May 2011 (India)and DQ is Jan 2022. What about you?

    Yeah, I am being impacted by the retrogression of EB2 category. I had put so many things on hold considering it’s just matter of time to get the IL and get over with the process but now not sure how long the wait would be. This whole process has been very draining and daunting. Any idea if this has any impact on the DQ date?

    They skipped me as well, DQ Jan 2021. Not sure what my next steps are. NVC responded with generic response. Any Suggestions?

    Check with your Family Doctor. He/She should give you titter test requisition and also give you all the required vaccines.

    you would need to go to your family doctor with the required vaccination list and get antibody titter test done. Once you have the results, you would need vaccinations for the ones which you are missing immunity for.

    Canadian citizens don’t need any visa to visit USA. You can visit freely but obviously If the purpose is other that travel or meeting family/friends like study or work then you definitely need respective visa.
