  1. I have a friend (K1 2019) who was told that their case will be returned to the USCIS after few weeks of being in AP status. The petitioner asked help from their local legislator. The ff week, the same CO that interviewed the beneficiary, made a phone interview. She expected the call because the legislature informed the petitioner that she will have a second interview. Their story: She (beneficiary) was introduced to the petitioner by the wife of the petitioner’s brother that raise a red flag. After the phone interview, she was told to send the passport back to the Usem-manila. She got the visa.
  2. Most cases that undergo AP means a further investigation on your case. In may takes 2 weeks, months even years…there is no way to know when you’ll have your answer. For the USEM to put you on AP, there must be something in your initial application and during the interview that raise red flag/s. you can check which of these: Presence of certain application “red flags” “Red flags” that can raise suspicions about the legitimacy of your relationship include a large age difference, limited or nonexistent communication ability due to lack of a common language, and wide cultural or religious differences, photos that may suspect you had a marital ceremony etc. In many cases, it is not a single factor, but a combination of factors, that leads to rejection of a fiancé(e) visa application. However, you can still appeal if they denied your application. You may ask some of your local legislators or senators for help. Or ask an immigration lawyer. For now, there is nothing you can do but contact them every 2-3months. Please keep us posted. This will be a big help for everyone who are in the same situation or might have. Goodluck!
  3. It sucks! Sorry… But, still hopeful you get yours first!!!! This is turning like a real life tv show, portrayed in VJ…everybody is keeping their eyes on cases like yours…hang-on there, this coming week maybe is your time.😊
  4. Finally, saw January 2022 filer from FB got approved(normal process)…as much as Im overwhelmed to see progress, Im hoping USCIS make the 2021 filers as priority. 🙏
  5. No worries, any movements in those scripts being pulled-out is a sign of hope. Il be positively waiting until the day of our case number series.
  6. Thanks @Ngillet for the hard work running these scripts. May I know if you were able to pull out some January 2022 filers in these series? Or is this still the continuity of December 2021 filers? Though I’m far from this series, just cant wait to know January 2022 be finally touched😅. I saw one VJ Jan 22’ filer but it was expedited. Some forum also came out that theirs had been approved…I’m not sure how accurate it was. So just asking people like you who actually running scripts. Thank you and hoping to see more of these soon.😍
  7. Did you try this? https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html
  8. Sorry, what I meant you should contact the NVC to get your case number😅
  9. Congrats! Seeing you guys getting your approvals is such a wonderful feeling for the rest of us that are waiting patiently. I hope you, @grumpypiggy@mw & rg k1 will continue mining the data in your free time. There is nothing more exciting than to see our case number getting closer to be scanned.☺️ @mw & rg k1 im a fan! You are very diligent in giving us updates! You deserve to get your turn the soonest! 🙏
  10. You may contact directly the NVC for your case number if your petitioner haven’t received it yet or the embassy didnt mailed you after 2 weeks. I will prefer you call the embassy to ask for your case number so you can start your DS160. When will your child turn 21?
  11. I saw some updates on the approved k1 NOA2, there are already some actions going on for January 2022 filers. Im half confused since I thought USCIS can start the next month if the number of the untouched cases is 50% or less for the current month. So thus it mean than December 21 untouched cases is already less than 50% left? Happy for those who are lucky, and sad for those who are still waiting. Hoping everyone gets their turn ASAP😅….rooting for all! ❤️
