  1. Good day everyone! Just to update: Medical (08/14/23) Interview (08/24/23) Finally VOH (09/01/23) Flight (09/08/23) The waiting time for NOA2 and NVC stage is like forever but once you’re done with medical, its like a torpedo to get to VOH…still surreal. I wish you all to the same!
  2. Based on my personal experience with several weeks of inquiries, its going to be soon…give it another week or two☺️… Goodluck! Congratulations!!!🥳
  3. Congratulations!☺️ Im from Philippines and here, when the case is ready we can start booking for medical and interview. Best you check your country’s flow chart…some needed to wait for packet 3 before they can book. Goodluck to both of us!!! And the rest too!!!😍
  4. It was created on July 19…try checking again there might be a delay in the system depending on country…
  5. Yay! Finally its ready! Guys check yours too, its all getting ready!🙏🙏🙏
  6. It usually takes 30-60 days for the USCIS to transfer petitions to the NVC. Make another inquiry after 60days. Your petition should be with NVC at that time. And for the case number creation you have to wait for anothet 15-30days. But some takes longer though. Just be patient, it will come. 😉
  7. Congratulations! If your case is still at NVC, you may email them thru public inquiry and request for embassy transfer. You may attach documents that will show eligibility to take the interview in your preferred location. However, if your case is already transferred to a US embassy/consulate, then you have to write to both parties. One party, to accept your case and the other party to transfer your case. Best of luck!
  8. After an stressful day of trying to get the correct case number, finally we got answered today from NVC. Case number change from Tokyo to Manila. NOA2. May 08, 2023 Case Created: July 25, 2023 (TKY) Correct Case#: July 26, 2023 (MNL) God is good…. 🙏
  9. Its totally fine to email them weekly after 60days, and every other day on the 70th day.
  10. NOA1: March 30, 2022 NOA2: May 08, 2023 NVC Received: June 28, 2023 2 inquiries were made: 30th day after noa2: NVC didn’t receive the petition yet. 50th day after noa2: NVC got the petition Simultaneously, our GA representative made an inquiry at the USCIS, and confirmed that our petition was sent to NVC. Hoping to get the Case Number soon. Goodluck to all of us!
  11. Speechless!!! Noa1 March 30 2022 Noa2 March 09 2023 To God be the Glory! Yours will be next🥰 @D-man sorry to hear your story. you may write USCIS to withdraw your application or just let it expire on its own😔
  12. Great job @Bh_sarah! Hoping to see more obvious movements for feb ‘22 cases by this coming weeks! 🤞
  13. @NgilletGraph is presented well, I cant complain. I really thought its awesome and easy on the eye. I wish I can do the same for the March Filer but not a techy guy.😅
  14. Excited to see your script for march! Thanks for this in advance…🙇‍♂️
  15. Totally agree! I think if you are sure that you found your other half, skip the engagement…marry now! 😅
  16. Hey March filers! I just looked at my timeline her in VJ. My processing estimate status was moved from June 25-July 07, 2023 to this: Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between June 16, 2023 and June 25, 2023*. Not bad. Looking forward for a decrease in USCIS processing time soon! 🤫🤞
  17. Read this, it will give you an idea of the current processing time of the various stages of K1 (from a NOA1 to interview stage)… https://www.visajourney.com/times/k1-fiance-visa-historical/ You may also find lots of informative discussion in different forums in here.
  18. You may fill up the ds160 now and pay the fees when its already in “transit” status. However, dont try to schedule your medical and interview unless case is on “ready” status. Medical has expiration and getting an interview schedule may take time. So you have to consider the timing.
  19. Invoice number is not needed for creating ds160 for k1. You can expedite if that will cause addl delay since it’s considered NVC’s fault.
  20. Its alright! Honestly, I almost fall in my chair when i saw this because of excitement😂 Its very easy to missed the I-130 because we are just focus on NOAs😅
  21. As of now that is the everage(15.5mos) ranges from 14-18mos. Though Agencies have increased their staffing, there is no significant effect to shorten the timeline sooner…but, good enough to know that timeline will not be lengthen more than what is current compared last year 10 -15.5mos. Some data miners had predicted that imminently in the coming months, there might be decrease in timeline, but 11-12mos is kinda ambitious.
  22. NVC letter usually takes 2-3mos. But you are allowed to email them if you haven’t received anything from NVC in 30 days. You may contact NVC by email at NVCINQUIRY@state.gov.
  23. Yes, i could not agree less. They thought it was a dead end for them. Depending on the situation, you might be able to file an appeal. And yes, you cannot just overturn the decision of the officers. You need to have a strong argument and better assembled by a competitive immigration lawyer.
