My (now husband) arrived 9.19.24, we got married 9.23.24. 2.25.24 we recieved his greencard and was finally able to work. Its been over a year since he arrived and all is going great!

We had our interview today at the Abu Dhabi embassy and we were approved!!

Hey guys! Just wanted to share some insights on our end. Our NOA2 was April 6, 2023. We dont have an excat date as to when the Embassy recieved our case from NVC but I would assume it was around June 15-20, 2023 as thats when, via inquiry, we were provided our case number. July 6, 2023- our case was marked "ready" for interview. Our interview date is August 24, 2023 ( praying really hard 🙏 for a positive outcome) My Fiancé is an Indian national but has been residing and working in Dubai, UAE for the past 4.5 years hence we got our interview scheduled at Abu Dhabi . Had it been in India, it would have been a mess because the backlogs are excessive there. So excessive that a couple that got married in December 2019, spouse came back to the States and filed for their Spouse in February 2020, still has no insight on when their interview can be scheduled in India.

We also recieved the same today. Our NOA2 was April 6. So the "almost" 90 day wait time from NOA2 to NVC case creation stands true.

I sent an inquiry to the NVC and was advised that they are currently backlogged by atleast 60 days and growing. I was told that they havent even recieved my case from the USCIS, which I would assume is the case for everyone.

We got approved today!!!

We were approved today!! NOA 1: 12/09/2021, NOA 2: 04/06/2023. It was a long (almost) 16 months!!!

I am right there with you. Im December 9, 2021. My anxiety is sky rocketing as each day passes by yet the status remains as "recieved".

We are in the 27700 group- Dec 9 and still waiting..
