i contacted emma and the live agent says a new RFE had been issued, so I will be sending a new one

Hello everyone, I got a second RFE IN THE MAIL a few days ago asking me to get another medical because mine was incomplete. But my myUSCIS page looks like this? The RFE filed under documents DOES NOT contain the second RFE, and on NOV 7 when they allegedly issued the RFE they changed their mind within minutes? (2 different emails, one saying action needed to be done and then the second one is just your case is being reviewed) any ideas if I should reply to the second RFE? thank you!

Hey everyone- I have gotten married recently and am waiting for the marriage certificate so I can go and get an SSN (because of name change..), but after looking through the I-485 form, there is an option for me to get the SSN using the form itself. Would you recommend me getting the SSN prior to filing the I-485 or should I do it before? I know i should file I-485 before I go out of status, but I'm also concerned if it'll take forever before I actually get the SSN through I-485. Thank you in advance!
