    This is for marriage-based green card. How long should we expect this to take? They requested additional tax information for my husband and we sent in the information over two months ago. They still have his passport...how can they just continue to hold onto his passport for this long?? Is there anything we can do? Any advice? We are disheartened and frustrated. Thank you.
