    Well USCIS has charged my credit card so i suppose that's a good sign. Still no notice of acceptance though.

    @Jake77Hello Jake. Not sure what your situation is but if your question is regarding your K1 visa and passport then when you schedule your embassy interview you will be given the opportunity to also pick up your passport/visa from the embassy or have it delivered to an LBC office. If delivery then simply select the closest location as the website takes you through the process. This is how it works for the Philippine Embassy. Other embassies may do it differently.

    According to the I-134 official instructions, a scanned copy of the original with inked handwritten signature is valid for submission. However, with that said it never hurts to be absolutely certain to have the originals. https://www.uscis.gov/i-134

    Congrats!. Yes go ahead and submit your DS-160 if you haven't done so already. This is also when my fiancé and I scheduled our medical/interview because it can take weeks to get the packet 4 notice. Plus, now that you have your case# you can track the status of your visa at ceac. https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx

    Here is where you can register for either document delivery or pickup. Everyone in my circle says its best to do pickup because of potential issues/delays related to delivery especially in the Philippines. Below is the exact verbiage which is in my packet IV email from the manila embassy. We selected document pickup. It will take you through steps of selecting which location you want to pick up from. Each applicant must have a registered delivery address. Prior to the interview, register online at https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-iv-documentdelivery.asp. Failure to do so will result in the delayed delivery of the passport and visa.

    Yes the online classes have been canceled indefinitely with no eta on when or if they will resume. My Fiance's interview is Sept 21 and we were going to do the online version but like you we found out they have been canceled. Debby will take cfo at manila location. Sorry i dont have any specifics on the davao location but you could try youtube for some helpful vids.
