    Whaooh! I don't think the officer who took that denial decision of your form i-485 had this Vermont letter accompanied with a complete form I-601. If that being the case, that's typically wickedness. Nevertheless, with All these evidences, your case will easily be resolved. I think a Motion of RECONSIDER your case will be the appropriate route to follow if I am not mistaken.

    That's so sad. The first error was done by the lawyer. After vawa approval, the form I-601 had to be submitted but to your local office for they were those dealing with your form I-485 or even to NBC. But you can still tackle the denial with a letter of explanation and the proofs that it was sent, but to Vermont with their response joined. Experimented members on this thread will tell you exactly what to do. Just follow and you surely get a better end. Do not loose hope. The bible says in Romans 8:28 "All things work together FOR GOOD for those that love God and for those who are called according to HIS purpose"

    Mostly at local office. They are the ones dealing with All interviews and adjudications of forms i-485.

    You know that your file is already transferred when, after submitting an online case inquiry, The first three letters of the ticket of that case issued to you at the time is no more EAC.... (Vermont field office) but now your field office or MSC........

    Try to contact your congress person for case inquiry. Some field offices take much time than others before taking decisions whether to call for an interview or whether to waive it.

    May I kindly asked you. What is your aim by applying for a H1-b visa when you have a C09/AP card with a pending I-485? Guess you are trying to adjust your status through vawa! Thanks

    Not really. Ones your file is transferred from Vermont to the NBC, if everything is okay and your medical updated, it's over! It will be even faster than you think. Trust in God through Jesus-Christ his son always and he will direct your paths 🙏

    Kindly throw any light about those going outside USA from time to time as religious, army or certain types of business Men or women based in the USA. I think their stay outside USA is still consider as being physically present in the USA. Am I correct? More lightening please!

    Hi! Does this 18 months presence still apply if she or he was a member of a religious entity based in the USA? For it seems like those clergy even outside USA performing they duties are still consider like being present physically in the USA. Can you guys throw any light on this facts for us?
