  1. As for me, I have never used any, despite all the four I had. My EAD/AP (CO9) was sufficient to achieve all what I needed at the time. So, nothing to stress about prima facie as you rightly said.
  2. In the best scenario, the average time I have witnessed so far after vawa approval is always within 60 days.
  3. You're right. @Demise has been so helpful in this forum. Most people are now green card holders and will show up during their citizenship process.
  4. Big Congratulations πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰ Your form I-360 has been approved. Expect it to be produced and then mailed to you in few days.
  5. I'm happy for you. Finally, you can start dreaming now for your green card approval 🌹🌹🌹 God is good, that's why PATIENCE (long-suffering) from the biblical perspective, is one of the fruit of the Holy Spirit that we really need and should be praying for. Blessings and more approvals to All the members or followers of this educational and helpful thread. Shalom πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™
  6. Sorry for your case taking so long πŸ˜” But most people don't receive any RFE before approval. I myself didn't receive any after nearly 22 months before approval. The normal processing time was 24 months at the time. Compare to now, you are almost there. You are most likely gonna be approved soon. Keep trusting God for a better ending πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™.
  7. They may argue that if his or her life is in danger, he or she can still go to any neighboring country for safety.
  8. @balo101is right. No company can't boards you in their aircraft without a valid visa or travel document to the USA for the sake of asylum. it's not even advisable to be asking for asylum when you have already an approved form I-360. So, you have to exercise a lot of patience and go through the entire process or try to expedite if you can be able to prove your case as expeditious.
  9. After filing the renewal, the receipt notice serves as proof and automatic extension of your working permit. No need to worry about that. Just make sure you filed for the extension at least 180 days before it expired. Show the receipt notice to your employer if asked.
  10. I'm just curious πŸ€” Is it possible to send your renewal application more than 180 days before it's expiration date? If No, I think that the renewal CO9 combo card can only be filed after November 02 of this 2023. Thanks for always being there to help πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™
  11. Big congratulations πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰
  12. Ok I see. You are most likely gonna be approved before expiration date. Praying for that.πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™ Nevertheless, send your CO9 combo card for renewal 180 days before it gets expired in other to be on the safest position.
  13. It shall be well. Keep trusting on God for a better end πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™
  14. Big congratulations πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
  15. Yeah. You just have to wait or do a congressional inquiry on your case.
  16. The lawyer will not even have anything to say. It usually the review of your form (what was filed in your form) and the Yes and No questions. That's why it's called the ADMISSIBILITY INTERVIEW or REVIEWS because your form I-360 had already been approved. They don't ask any questions concerning your vawa, they simply focus on your form I-485 and just be asking you to confirm what had been already filled out.
  17. Don't worry. Just review your form I-485. The interview is basically the reviewing of your form I-485 and most essentially the YES and NO questions. When your form I-360 has already been approved, the rest is just the ADMISSIBILITY review. You will be okay with that πŸ‘
  18. Big congratulations πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰
  19. It sounds like double abused to vawa filers. When you called USCIS for any updates about your case, they will not give a dime and just ask you to write. Whenever you write, they don't respond or take forever to do so in the best scenario. That's why most of us become congressional's dependents in other to know anything about our cases. It's like USCIS don't really value vawa petitioners. Like they are willingly doing it in other to discourage more people to be going through the vawa process. Knowing fully well that we have been abused, they keep torturing us during the entire process. Thanks for letting us know more better about the vawa consular consular processing nightmare. Like a mother, giving birth to a child, you definitely forget everything and start dancing and chilling when early in a morning, going through your USCIS online account, you received this text message, concerning your form I-360 or your form I-485 that: "NEW CARD IN BEING PRODUCED"
  20. Can't imagine what you had been going through this consular processing. Can't advice it to anybody. Better stay in the USA for your adjustment of status through vawa. Stay strong πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ
  21. Wishing to everyone following this thread a prompt and a sound answers for God concerning his or her case. Many more approvals to y'all in Jesus name πŸ™.
  22. Wait at list 30 to 60 days before taking any action. You can also try to call them to know whether your form has been received.
