Its for my mom's petition but i dont know how to post for the ir5.
The i 864 we submitted and they approved/accepted in 2022 , were for the most 3 recent years that year :years 2021,2020,2019
In 2022-2023 i changed jobs twice but currently unemployed but will start a new job in January 2024.
Do i need to fill out a new I-864 writing my most recent job and , now writing the new most recent years which will be 2022,2021 and 2020? and if i were to make a new one, i am currently unemployed(but will start a new job in January 2024) so do i check off the box that I am unemployed?
or just fill up this new i864 when i start my new job so technically i am employed? my mom's interview is not until Feb 2.
Also, for the whole year of 2023, i did not upload the w2, tax transcript for 2022, and my 2023 pay checks. Do i need to upload them as well prior to my mom's interview?
