  1. Oh, that's not an issue, we married in 2021 so it has been more than 3 years already....Thank you!
  2. well I've never been out of the country for more than 3 weeks twice last year, and that is it, this year I'll be leaving for 2 weeks and that will be all.....I don't think that these vacation periods would make a difference....
  3. It just changed to Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS April 1st - Filed I-751 April 13th - Received NOA1 (Extension Letter) April 15th - Biometrics scheduled May 2nd - Biometrics done May 2nd - Actively Reviewed
  4. Hey guys, just did my biometrics, now it's a waiting game until April next year...what I dont know is if I can apply for Citizenship any time before the end of the 3 years. April 1st - Filed I-751 April 13th - Received NOA1 (Extension Letter) April 15th - Biometrics scheduled May 2nd - Biometrics done
  5. Oh nice, I'm going next week on the 2nd for biometrics...
  6. Hi, well I did, idk how other people did it, but I sent everything lol
  7. Oh yeah, I'm just waiting for next year then I can apply for citizenship and hopefully be done with immigration lol
  8. Oh now I get it, since you already got a USCIS account, you can add this case to it when you get the NOA with the account creation code, it explains there how to do it.
  9. Oh that is true, they're included in the 750$
  10. Ah yes, since the mail only collected it and shipped on the 1st lol. Luke you that got the biometrics waived
  11. So the account that you had was from your spouse, because he/she was the one petitioning for you. Now it's you that are petitioning for yourself l, so you gotta wait until you receive in the mail the letter with the account creation code so you can make your own account. Give it 2 weeks after they receive it (wich should be today, the 17th). With that letter you may also get your NOA wich extends the validity of you GC.
  12. Basically what we had, all the bank statements from the 2yrs, my boy's birth certificate, the 2 tax returns and pictures for those 2yrs aswell, oh and travel itineraries that we both did....it's a thick package, and not much, but it's proof
  13. Supposedly they're going fast for the extension letter....I got it after 1 week and half
  14. Wow that was fast, but wait, what is the processing center?
  15. Hey there, this is kinda funny, you married your wife in 2022, I married mine in 2021, your 90 day window starts in Jan next year, mine started in Jan this year lol. Anyway, don't worry about it, I understand your concerns but like @OldUser said (he's the best at advices) just file it and you'll get that extension letter for 48 months, but meanwhile if you want, you can do the N-400 and they expedite the I-751 to accommodate the N-400 faster processing time, after that, no more dealing with USCIS.
