I would love to see how those turn out. He's not actually taking the risk himself. They would still have to prove to the interviewing officer that all this isn't premeditated. How hard that is I don't know. I would love to know how those cases turn out. Are there similar cases like that on this forum with the final result? He also throws out one liners like interviews in Florida are tough, Dallas is fair, San Fran is busy, etc. Wonder how accurate he is. Immigration is under Federal control, do different Federal offices really differ that much?

How about securing our borders like every other country on earth? Every day, tens of thousands of people illegally cross our borders and get to stay while we have to wait years!!!

I doubt they did much hiring in FY23, government narrowly avoided a shutdown an is on CR. Nobody knows how much will be given to USCIS in the omnibus. -

Thanks. So if the foreign national can enter on ESTA, then in theory, it would work the same way? I need to read up more on I-485. There was a large thread posted by someone with a fiance in China. He contemplated doing something similar (i.e. bringing his fiance to the US and then getting married there). So what's the distinction between this case in the video vs. the Chinese fiance? Is it the fact that the fiance already filed for I-129f outside of the US? If she then enters the US and gets married, it will be seen as skipping the line?

Lawyer did say in the video to file I-485 as well. But that still takes time to approve right? It would have to be approved before the visitor visa expires?

husband and fiance are currently in US. Lawyer advises they withdraw i-129f, get married, file I-130 instead and overstay fiance's visitor visa in US. This isn't the first lawyer I've heard give this advice.
