Yes, that is correct. ONLY K3 is WITHDRAWN by mistake when K1 WITHDRAWL letter is sent to USCIS. I130 is successfully approved just today

GOOD and bit of a bad news for me. GOT RFE notice today. They are asking for marriage certificate. I have clearly submitted online. It looks like it was not looked at properly. Prepping to respond to RFE online by tomorrow. Nothing but scanning the same marriage registration, letter and a coversheet. NOA1 - Nov 10 2021 REF - Nov 2, 2022 California Service center

EXCELLENT. GREAT. Glad you able to get hold of emma live agent. I hope when they mentioned about "ready for review" , they are not telling "actively reviewing" and that is where most of our cases are. I hope "ready for review" means something so close to be done. ENJOY YOUR TIME WITH YOUR HUSBAND.

I tried the expedite when I chat with Emma, but it got denied within a day. We wish you get your interview letter sooner and get united with your husband in USA under one roof.

@Ctavarez90 - My wife and I used to talk about your involvement and how active you were. Glad your approval came in about 330 days I believe.. glad you moved on with NVC. we are at 356 days as of today. I tried to chat with emma, the live agent says my case is in "ready for review". I tried to get more info but chat got disconnected. I remember you posted something related to this before your approval. I tried to dig through the forum.. I could not see that post. I also went to congresswoman, she put in a enquiry. USCIS responded at least with some positive update saying "they will forward the enquiry to adjudication unit and expect the communication shortly". It's been few days since. EAGERLY WAITING.

Friends - It is Nov 1st 2022 today... all of us in this thread is going to be ONE YEAR waiting based on the date very soon. mine is Nov 10th 2021. Still waiting for California to approve. It looks like CSC is approving OCT-2021 filers.. I know couple of NOV-2021 approvals came out in the past one month. Let's pray and hope for the best to happen VERY SOON. Jesus, Allah, Siva, Vishnu, Muruga, Almighty bless us to have APPROVALS. GO USCIS, GO CSC. GO. GO. GO

I see one in the timeline... NOA1-10/1/2021. NSC to CSC trasfer... approved on 10/24/2022 -
I see this in our VJ timeline..;. after 2 to 3 weeks we see one california case approval. LET"S PRAY TOGETHER... PLEASE BLESS CSC, USCIS to ADJUDICATE MORE CASES EVERY DAY. SPEED UP CSC, USCIS. GO GO GO GO GO.

Welcome aboard. Everyone is still not able to figure that timeline yet. Generally, the approvals are happening from 10th month to 13 month from NOA1. Case actively being reviewed means something happened. usually it may be transferred to another service center. Check the NOA1 bottom left corner, which service center your case is accepted at. Then chat with EMMA (Online chat) to figure one where it is now..

You can do emma chat, ask for connect to live agent, put in a request to expedite. I did that and got rejected on the same day. It's been 10+ days but not approved yet. So it is taking it's own time

Don't be discouraged by that estimate. Mine says OCT 4th to Nov 7th. It is keep pushing it. This is due to VJ timeline not updated by everyone. I am positive we will have our time by this month if not in Nov. I hope and pray none of us will be pushed to Jan 2023 or after Go California, Go USCIS, Go go go go

I filed as married even though my spouse is living abroad. Goto H&R block and they take the passport and certifiy. They will prepare the taxreturn and the application ITIN number (it is like SSN but not meant for work, it is for tax purpose only). Both of the will be filed, you will get ITIN number in about 2 to 3 months. Tax return will be accepted prior to that

One person in Nov 2021 california claimed he got RFE couple of days back. He did not come back and give us any more status here. It looks like as you said SEP is in full progress, hopefully they will speed up as their fiscal year started this week

Consider this as good news. You have to follow the RFE notice for the timeline. Usually they give 30 to 60 days.. you respond immediately with what they want. They will approve quickly
