    Yes. Mumbai embassy covered 2 months worth of DQed cases (DQed from Dec 7 2022 to Feb 7 2023) in one month of interview (Aug)

    Yes, last month they issue IL for the cases DQed until Dec 7th. This is the situation for IR1/CR1 cases. Hopefully they will issue IL somewhere between June 16 to 26 for the August interviews

    Yes, we can claim this as DHS error and file I-90 with $0 to get replacement. Of-course the processing time is about 20 months.. so bottom line is take a chance. ?

    As per the immigration rule, if the CR1 visa is issued and if you come to USA through the port of entry after the second year marriage anniversary, if we inform the CBP officer about it and give the copy of marriage certificate, CBP officer will update the visa to IR1 and the we get 10 year GC. Did anyone go through this situation and successfully got IR1 updated with 10 year GC?

    There may be another thread here for K1 visa in Mumbai. There is facebook page too "K-1 and CR/IR-1 /K1 To AOS Visa Applicants of India". What is your NOA1 date? I think it is taking about a year to approve in Calif

    When you get email from NVC, it will tell you the steps. They do not schedule interview and they will give clear instructions in the email

    Yes. You are correct. You can create a profile (if you do not have one) in https://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/en and follow the procedure to schedule biometrics and then interview in mumbai. There will you will take the documents to get it approved. After creating case in NVC... did they send you information about invoice number and to pay fees and to upload documents in NVC?

    DQ to Interview letter is - 5 to 6 months. 6 weeks from the letter is interview. So totally DQ to interview date is about 7 to 8 months. We have whatsup group and people post when they get IL. DQ till Nov 14th 2022 got IL for June 2023. The next batch of IL will come out either late this week or next week..

    I am positive you are going to get IL in this month batch (some time in 2nd or 3 week of April). Interview will be in June

    Are you saying, you filed in NOV 3rd 2021 but still haven't received approval of the I130 petition? and you are citizen filing for spouse? if so, please file the out of normal processing time request or reach out for congressional help. VERY SORRY TO HEAR THIS SITUATION

    It is about 6 to 7 months from the DQ date to receive IL. There is no place to check these things. Basically NVC schedules interviews once a month. In the last 3 times Dec 19th, Jan 23rd and Feb 28th. This month, we are expecting between Mar 20 to 31st. So far they covered until the cases DQed until SEP 6th 2022 for IR1-CR1

    Did you receive an email with a subject line saying "Notice regarding your Immigrant Visa Case becoming Documentarily Qualified" and in the body it says "NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General" Then, it should be OK. I do also have this email and all the form is accepted, but one says "incomplete". I did not worry about it, I guess they may have a glitch

    The last issued is on FEB 23rd. That is for Aug-2022 DQs, the next batch is expected between March 20 to 30 for SEP-OCT 2022 DQed casees
