Medicaid for Pregnant women is a program in every state.
Guys unless im missing something but it said undocumented persons cannot enrolled in Medicaid. Unless it’s ‘Emergency Medicaid’ that is only accessible to me at the time of me giving birth. I am currently out of status.

Do you happen to live in California? I believe you should be eligible for medicaid. Some states, like California and Washington, have excellent medicaid for immigrants.
I’m in South Carolina

Happy new year everyone. I am currently in the process of putting together my VAWA case. My husband and I separated in October and over the holidays I found out that I am pregnant. I also have an order of protection against him where we are not allowed to contact each other for a year. My question is does anyone know of any health plan I can apply for as an immigrant without status that could help with my prenatal expenses? I am not sure how to move forward.

Have you tried ordering through Vital Check . If you are spouse you have a right to order his birth certificate.
Because I’m his spouse I can only mail in the request but the application form that I am required to submit requires a notary stamp and signature which I am having an issue with because they don’t want to sign it unless he is there

Good day I would like some advise. I am about to start my VAWA process but I don’t have much proof to show my husband is a USC apart from our marriage certificate and the application for the marriage certificate. I researched online and saw where I could request a copy of his birth certificate by mailing in the application but it has to be notarized. When I went to have it notarized the notary informed me he cannot notarized the application unless my abusive husband was there even when I tried to explain the situation he just didn’t care to listen. Any advise as to how I could go forward?

You are qualified to apply for a work permit under category C09 if you’re married to an American Citizen thus able to adjust your status during the same process of filing your VAWA case.
if you’re married to a green card holder you cannot adjust your status right away you would have to wait until a slot is available to you after the approval of the VAWA. After VAWA is approved then you can get a work permit under category C31.
Hope this helps.
