So I did a FOIA request and what I got was a response stating reason for denial was “abandoned “ even tho I never abandoned the case I never got any mail or notification for any rfe -

No I do not know what it was for , I even checked my uscis login to see if it was there and I see no rfe -

Good morning, I just got a denial letter for my i485 and just found out that a rfe was sent to my old address a year ago that I did it even know about .I am still unsure if this is the real reason why I got denied because I submitted a ar11 form the same week I moved and got a confirmation email months before that rfe was mailed. Has anyone ever experienced something similar to this and what were the steps you used to overcome ? Should I reopen this case or just get a lawyer to take care of it
