Our case is ready at the embassy and my fiancé works at one of the tech companies that are about to go through layoffs. Although his job is not currently in jeopardy, his company refuses to give him a letter that he is employed. Therefore he cannot fill out the I-864 Form. Before we go in the direction of a joint sponsor, is there another way to prove the employment? A contract? Recent pay stubs? Thanks in advance!

Hello all I submitted form DS-160 last night and scheduled an interview date. What's next? Do I need to get a letter from the embassy? I'm not sure I understand what are these packets? any advice would be helpful. Thanks! -
