Our NOA2 has a validity period as: “Notice Type: Approval Notice Valid from 01/19/2023 to 05/18/2023“ our embassy interview date is 5/24. Should we be concerned? thanks!

Is anyone seeing this error when trying to upload your photo through the ustraveldocs DS-160 online application process? 503 (indicates that the server is not ready to handle the request. Common causes are a server that is down for maintenance or that is overloaded)

My case has been sent from NVC to Warsaw - around start of March 2023. Has anyone else had this in recent weeks and is till waiting on the initial email from the embassy with instructions on next steps? Thanks!

Hi I just wanted to follow up on the bolded text - so we got our WRW number on 2nd March but we haven't received any emails from the Embassy yet, so 18 days passing. I'm thinking we need to email them or phone them. What's your advice here? Thanks!

The docs elsewhere on this site says: Forms and Checklist sent to foreign Beneficiary (Fiance/e). *This will be sent out within a week (typically less) from when the embassy processes the received petition. This package will include a checklist of items and paperwork that must be collected. do we know what is in the package or does it depend on the embassy? If we know, what is it? Our embassy will be Warsaw. thanks!

I wanted to contribute our experience to the thread. Fiancée came in via Newark, NJ. Great experience, wished her a pleasant time. Only a couple of questions like where she was staying, how long (five weeks). We had prepared a short document with NOA1 and.2 and projected timeline to interview 😀 Not going to lie though I was very stressed until she told me she was through.

I traveled into the US four times last year, was not asked for my vaccinated status. Am boosted/vaxxed 5 times though so it wouldn’t have been an issue. I am a citizen though.

Probably get in touch with them to ask them to resend it. Looks like the doc is just corrupted in transit.

@slavaskii what number are you referring to when you say “though it asks for your USCIS number.”. Is this the A number? The WAC number? Or some other number? thanks for all your information so far, it’s going to be invaluable for me and my partner.

I did some searching in the forums but didn't see any current info on this. We just got our NOA2 so we'll be having an interview in Warsaw, Poland this year. I saw some posts mentioning that you can schedule an interview with just a WAC number. I looked at the Poland embassy page here but didn't see anything like that mentioned. I see there's a few people listing recent NOA2 dates for Poland. Is there a reputable information source for interview scheduling experiences at Warsaw, maybe an FB group someone knows about, or a long running thread on here? Thanks!

Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this. My local PNC branch (the person I spoke to said PNC is the 5th largest bank in the US) said they cannot provide on bank letterhead paper the info from bullet point B below for legal reasons. 1. Statement from an officer of the bank or other financial institutions with deposits, identifying the following details regarding the account: A. Date account opened; B. Total amount deposited for the past year; and C. Present balance. Has anyone else every encountered anything like this? Given this is a long-standing government form, my mind is boggled with this situation. It's been two weeks since I requested the info. If you encountered something like this, how did you work around it? Thanks!

Yes you’re eligible but my god, this is pretty cold blooded. Sounds like you’ve got one foot out the door already. Why not work on your relationship issues?

Do you have to list all assets though if you have a full time job that more than covers the requirement?

Do you not have anyone in your life at all who can help you with technology in person? This is tough to answer in drips and drabs. When you fill out a pdf you should be saving it locally to your computer. Then you have to print it out because you need to sign it. Then you probably need to scan it in again to upload it. Maybe your local library can help? Or maybe you just need to print the form and fill it all out by hand.

I submitted my form when the edition date was “07/23/20” but obviously it’s been a long time now and the USCIS is hopefully about to look at my case. I see cases sometimes rejected in the case tracker app as the “version of the form no longer accepted”. I expect it would have been all over the forums if this was an issue?

It is regional and frankly whatever healthcare providers you’re going to should have all the information you need to help you sign up with them. Maybe pay them a visit and ask at reception? I use it, it’s ok but it’s not always accurate or up to date.
