    Hi everyone. My husband came to the U.S. on a K-1 visa in 2023, but we have been separated for two months due to realizing that he used me to get to the US. He moved out and now has his own apartment. Despite this, he claims he can move back into my house and that I have no choice because I’m responsible for him. He has a job and can afford to live on his own but he's frustrated that he has to be an adult and has to cook for himself. 🙄 Will I face any issues with USCIS if I refuse to let him move back in?

    After 1 month of marriage, I have decided not to file AOS due to some pretty big unreconcilable issues with finding things on his cellphone and accounts. He is refusing to go back to his country and says I need to get him an apartment. He was also looking up "is VAWA for men too?". What rights do I have ?
