After 1 month of marriage, I have decided not to file AOS due to some pretty big unreconcilable issues with finding things on his cellphone and accounts. He is refusing to go back to his country and says I need to get him an apartment. He was also looking up "is VAWA for men too?". What rights do I have ?

Meanwhile, we are over here at almost 2 years and waiting for a darn interview. I am not the same person that I was when I started this journey 2 years ago and I'm not even sure how I'll get back. This has completely torn my life apart. I'm angry at everyone. I'm angry with USCIS. I'm angry I was given incorrect information. I'm angry at the Moroccan embassy. I'm angry that people ahead of us got an interview JUST by emailing the embassy when we were told to just sit tight and wait for an email from them.
