Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Sent
On December 1, 2021, we received your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number IOExxxxxxxxx, and sent you a receipt notice or acceptance notice. The notice describes how we will process your case.
I try to clarify more details to help other people have the same situation and they need help from experts and experienced people.
My question is how to know that he's Protected under CSPA and his age is freez under 21 years?

Isn't the good advice already provided?
Get your SSN, send out your son's i485 including i864 and any other related documents.

Dears,
I have received my social security number and filled the I-485 form, but I would like to know if there are any other documents required to be submitted with it to avoid any RFE because we’re tied on time

Not only this child, I have 3 other young children, whom I left behind in the UAE, so I would like to know when I can finish from this scenario and reunite everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
Dears,
I can try to get for my 3 young children "B1 visa to be with us in USA and I know they must not exceed 6 months every trip and will cost more, also I can register them in school or it will be illegal process" if you have any idea about legal process for this issue will be appreciated.
That's will be until I-130 approval and other procedures up to Embassy interview finish.

? You don’t have to finish one before you do the others. Or do you mean you only got the IR5 to sponsor your eldest and will give it up and return home when that’s done? Or what am I not understanding?
I submitted for all of them I-130 but I don't want to confuse you now for them because for them normal process, but my eldest son he will ageout in very tight period further that I focused at him now, and I need to know when we can be together as one family.
I hope that you understood my concern. -

Curious, will it make a difference to what you do? I understand people want to “know” but often it’s not relevant to anything the applicant can actually do.

I want to know your views on the correspondence that has added to my confusion and concern. I am not sure which service center is responsible for adjudicating my case and is it appropriate to ask this question to EMMY again?

If there is no record of your SSN application (initiated by CBP) by this time, I suggest you make an appointment to apply for it in person. Don't ask about anything. Just tell them you want to apply for a SSN. You don't need a GC to apply for it. Your POE stamped visa is good enough.
I'm out of country for Emergency case, Is there an option to expedite the process for GC and SSN, I contact USCIS Live agent and he said must wait for the green card to be issued.

No, SSN is a must for the sponsors. There is no rush for i864/AOS, you can wait for SSN rather than getting it rejected or rfe'd or straight denial. If your SSA office accepts walk ins, go and apply in person.
I contact SSN Administration local office and they tell me still no information yet,and until green card issued, then will issue the SSN card.
Will wait and hope to receive it soon.

They can be a co sponsor, you will be the sponsor.
On form I-864, the social security number is required and I still didn’t receive it since I was admitted to US on September 24,2021. Is it fine to submit the I-864 form without the social security number.

Why would you wait till November?
There’s nothing you can do if it’s not Nebraska. The best advice regardless of other circumstances, especially ones you have no control over (like which service center it’s at and how long processing takes) is to file everything as soon as you can.
Dear,
The SSN number is required in form i-864 and up to date has not been received the SSN or the GC . Is it permissible to apply through my previous sponsors in my i-R5 visa application (My US Citizen son and his uncle joint sponsor) without my form i-864.

good news, everyone, I looks like our I-130 just got approved! Now waiting for the letter in our mailbox in order to continue to the next step.
Congratulations

First realy I would like to thank you all, I have some confused, if he must submit I-485 now or in November better and I need your experiences about the steps and process time also what the next if other than Nebraska, and only I-485 the better solution or there is other thing we can do. (the parents approval for I-130 from May 2020 but Covid-19 and Executive Order 10041 delay the interview up to last month with expedite request). because that I have only the next four month to finish him situation. I know also maybe we can face any surprises in the future may good or other but let us do what we can and hope .
Appreciate your help and support

He would be the one filing it. There's no requirement for you to be physically in US to be a petitioner. Only form that you would need to sign from his AOS packet is an I-864, which if you have no income would require a cosigner, but you can do that from abroad.
I appreciate your efforts and your full details.

He should file the Adjustment of Status forms ASAP: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-485instr.pdf "If a visa is immediately available, applicants filing under a family-based preference immigrant category do not have to wait until Form I-130 is approved to file Form I-485. If a visa is immediately available, you may file your Form I-485 together with your Form I-130, while Form I-130 is pending, or after your Form I-130 is approved.
I appreciate your efforts and your full details.

Technically he will be sending his i485 not you but it should include your i864 and any joint sponsor's i864 and relevant documents at a minimum. Just filing i485 does not protect his from cspa, other has to happen as i said in my first response.
Much appreciated your positive thoughts thank you.

I Chatting Emma and asked for the live agent, and she confirmed that the case location is Nebraska,
and I am concerned that my child is in an critical situation due to the ageout of 21 years in March 2022 and he is legally present in USA on the F1 student visa.
My question to the experts:
- Which center will be the responsible for adjudication process the application, Nebraska or California to know processing time?
- Is there a way I can try to ensure that the approval is obtained before March 2022 or he will protected by "CSPA" or whether requesting an expedite or any thing else to save him before his visa class change to f2b.Thank you all and I appreciate your understand and effortsTo know the processing time of the case, Which center is responsible for processing the application, Nebraska as confirmed by the live agent or California as per NOA1?

Your best option and hope:
File i485 for him asap and hope F2A remains current as it has been for last 2 years. In that case he will be protected whenever i130 gets approved, even if it gets approved in Nov of 2022 or Nov of 2023.
In that scenario, he is protected under cspa even if he goes through consular processing and not file i485.
I can submit for him i485 if I'm out of USA?
I hope that will protect him before becoming age out. I will do it and very grateful for your advice.
