  1. I did this today with NOA2 of 1/16 and was told "At this time the system does not show that your case has been sent over to the National Visa Center." I am really hoping they were wrong and it hasn't really been 30+ days without them sending my case to NVC still, sigh.
  2. You might also want to check the November 2022 NOA2 thread for those with NOA2 in November. It also generally shouldn't take 3 weeks after ship date to embassy but you could send an inquiry to check on the status.
  3. Did you have to send an NVC inquiry to update your email address with them so they knew to email you? Or did they email you having already somehow known your email address from the I-129f?
  4. USCIS is now sending your approved package to NVC. Average for them to receive it is around 40 days right now with the average for receive + process being about 58 days (per visa journey). I have seen someone people confirm it was received after only 30 days, and some seeing it processed within 45 total.
  5. Ok I redid the math and I believe you are correct. Unfortunately I cannot edit my previous post but the 45-60 days looks correct going off of VJ's data above.
  6. In further discussion, this looks like it is 40 days to receive case from USCIS and then 60 days to process and then send to embassy, per visa journey. So average time currently for it to get to NVC and then get sent to embassy is close to 90 days. Sigh.
  7. So around 60 days by the looks of it then. Curious why others have been quoting other numbers but I guess this is an estimate so it could be a few days earlier or later, thanks!
  8. What is the average time to receive NVC case # so we can start tracking to embassy? I've read 30 days, 45 days, up to 90 days, but hard to get a consensus on what the average is right now.
  9. For anyone who isn't on the K-1 November facebook group or whatsapp group, here is a link to a spreadsheet someone is keeping updated for November filers: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1rVa_Eln8k9jbGkomGIRkKSIsyoCVp8gab2wwxXu1Aug/htmlview?fbclid=IwAR2ciGHqny6OnuLBbwajpr7cOB9fE0QPlb3s3Y6idh4NOh4ApWwliQm9F2A&mibextid=Zxz2cZ# Additionally, some nice news to see about November filer processing this week :
  10. Saw the first approval of a Nov 1 NOA1 case in a November filers facebook group. Thought some of you may be excited to see it.
