    Hello everyone just updating you guys, I have my visa approved on April 6Th and recieved my passaport with the visa on April 18Th! That concludes the long, 1.6 year long journey for us. Good luck to everyone still waiting.

    Thanks for the response, The attorney is preparing the I-130 based in the spouse that is an American citizen.

    EWI in 2004 , then was detained by ICE in 2006, faill to leave a the time (2007)Ordered by judge after a fell immigration couts, and then left on his own in Dec 30 2010. Is out of the cUS since.The lawyer requested the FOIA and was charge: 212(a)(6)(a)(i). Is a waiver needed for this case?

    Hi everyone, just received my interview letter early this morning, just 7 days after DQ, US Consulate in Rio is rocking!!!! We were not expecting that fast. Looks like they are prioritizing family based ones. DQ: February 27 IL: March 06 Interview date: April 06 Consulate: Rio de Janeiro/Brazil Good luck everyone!!
