    I agree, I am also not against those people getting approved. But the system should be fair to everyone.

    Any Jan 2022 approvals recently?? I just saw 2 approvals from California service centre on lawfully. One PD was May 2022 and another PD was August 2022.. this is so frustrating..

    I thought we would need my husband's I-864 affidavit and tax transcripts not mine. He is the US citizen. PCC I already got from passport office.

    Hi Everyone, I am into my process for CR1visa ( spouse of US citizen) I have to apply for PCC on Passport Seva portal. while applying I found this question. Purpose for which PCC is required: they have a drop down menu for this but I am little confused what should I select. Can someone please suggest the correct option ? Thank you !!

    Hello everyone, congratulations to all of you for getting ILs and wishing you all the best. I can see most of you are from India and already completed the NVC submission. I am the spouse of US citizen, just want to know what documents will be required on my end for NVC submission. 1) DS260 2) Birth cert 3) Marriage Cert 4) Police clearance cert issued by State police dept ( I am from MP so I applied to MPPolice) 5) Passport Luckily, I don’t have any prison or court records. Could you guys please let me know if I am missing anything? This would be a great help. Thank you.

    My PD is Jan 2 and I did file a K3 on 28th April. I was expecting a new years blast too but it doesn’t seems to be coming true.. hoping for our approvals soon
