Hi, To qualify for the N-400 marriage based application, my wife needs to meet both conditions or just one? - must be married for 3 years - must have a green card for 3 years If she must meet both conditions, we need wait for her green card to reach the 3rd year. In the meantime, I need to file the removal of conditions. As I understand it, it is a long wait. During that wait time, can I also file the N-400? How does that when both I-751 and N-400 applications are running concurrently? No conflicts? Thanks.

Based on USCIS filing date calculator, my earliest filing date is 1/27/2025. Can I mail the package out on 1/26/2025 and they receive it by 1/27/2025? I just want to make sure that USCIS uses the received date and not the post mark date. Thanks.
