  1. But then on Page 1 of I-751, the petitioner is my wife so Page 1 is all my wife's information. My step daughter has her own Social Security Number, her own A number, her own USCIS Online account number. Where do I put my step daughter's personal information in one I-751 form?
  2. Thank you. I also found more details about the dependent child. "If you have dependent children who did not acquire conditional resident status on the same day as you or within 90 days thereafter, or if the conditional resident parent is deceased, then those dependent children must each file Form I-751 separately to have the conditions on their status removed." Because my wife and my step daughter GC has the same expiration date, I will file them in one I-751. Thank you.
  3. Hello, I am a USC and working on the I-751 right now for my wife and my 14 year old step daughter. After reading through the instructions, my step daughter I-751 is confusing to me. - do I prepare and fill out a separate I-751 for my step daughter? - If I need to fill out a separate form for her, do I include her package with my wife's package as one package or two separate packages? - Filing fee - is it $750 per person or $750 for both as one package? - I-751 page 3, Part 3 Basis for Petition. Do I check box 1b for my step daughter? Why is my step daughter unable to be included in a joint petition? - do I mail their package separately or can I mail their package together in the same envelop? Thank you.
  4. Hi, I am in the process preparing I-751 for my wife and step daughter. I have some questions. 1. Do I prepare one I-751 package for both or one for each person? 2. Do I mail them together in the same shipping box or mail them separately in separate boxes? Thanks.
  5. thank you for the answer. Very helpful
  6. Thank you for the input. Just to be safe is the best answer!
  7. Hi, To qualify for the N-400 marriage based application, my wife needs to meet both conditions or just one? - must be married for 3 years - must have a green card for 3 years If she must meet both conditions, we need wait for her green card to reach the 3rd year. In the meantime, I need to file the removal of conditions. As I understand it, it is a long wait. During that wait time, can I also file the N-400? How does that when both I-751 and N-400 applications are running concurrently? No conflicts? Thanks.
  8. Based on USCIS filing date calculator, my earliest filing date is 1/27/2025. Can I mail the package out on 1/26/2025 and they receive it by 1/27/2025? I just want to make sure that USCIS uses the received date and not the post mark date. Thanks.
