    So on his green card it’s says first name FNU and last name is first and last name so I’m worried if he sponsor his kids it might create a problem

    My father is about to sponsor his kids (parents are here in IR5) but just realized that on his passports on the first name it’s .. (no first name) and the surname has (first name+last name) so on his green card stamp it’s says first name is FNU and last name is first+last name and on SSN card has first and last name both but on the envelops it’s says unknown and then first and last name. What should we do about this? if he sponsor his kids will it effect but other than that all of the birth certificate marriage certificates have correct name or should mom sponsor the kids but she doesn’t work but they are gonna file joint taxes!

    So if they file it now should they send a picture of their stamped visa along with their passport? or it’s better to wait for the actual card?

    No I haven’t I think it’s best if parents apply for them? and it will be a separate petition for both of them?

    I believe after 5 years they’re waiting for their green card already paid the fee ( do you know how can I track the green card) Just don’t wanna waste any time and want to be prepared

    My parents are coming to US first time on IR5 what are the steps that a newcomer should do? How can they apply their health insurance (affordable options) and do they have to apply for social security card or will it come with the green card?

    I’m updating the I-485 form and this year my income is 0 my question is should I upload my bank statement in part 7 also I’m using my spouse as co sponsor and his income is above the poverty guideline

    Update the new tax returns, tax transcripts, W-2/s You can also update the I864 form (just edit the yearly income part and new sign, same for i864A if you have joint sponsor/ Try using laptop if you’re not using it while creating travel doc account

    Alhamdullilah alhamdullilah both of my parents got their interview date next month can someone please guide what are the steps that I need to know and how can I schedule their medical appointment the nearest is Lahore to them appreciate all the help
