My wife was supposed to have her interview this morning for her CR1 at the consulate in Guangzhou. Unfortunately, we forgot her passport and she was instantly refused entry. We reached out to both the NVC and the Guangzhou Consulate immigrant visa unit, but I don't expect a response for a while. Has anyone gone through the rescheduling process after missing an interview appointment, especially in Guangzhou? Any idea what the process is now and how long it takes to reschedule for the next interview? We're pretty freaked out so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
