I wanted to ask if someone filed a DCF recently in Frankfurt and if so, was it necessary to meet the "exceptional circumstances"? My husband and I are living in Germany for over a year now and I think we're eligible, just dont know if they'll let us file it without the exceptional cause.. I'd appreciate every advice regarding the whole topic!!
