Hi there! I have my medical on Thursday and am nervous. I went to the doctors for very mild anxiety and stress caused by work in 2018 but none of this comes up on my patient summary. Should I disclose this? I feel like I should but as it doesn't come up in worried it's going to cause more stress and delays and my doctor's office when I asked said they can see it but it wasn't significant and just gave me a letter that says I'm not threat to myself or others and have no signs of anxiety. I'm a bit lost as to what to do. Has anyone else had the same where it didn't come up on their records?
