I didnt know I would be charged $50 a paycheck for adding my wife to work's health insurance since she doesnt have a SSN otherwise I would have got her one as soon as she arrived. Can I go apply for one now even though I mailed the AoS packet saying "yes assign her a SSN"? or would it mess things up

I have a DS-3025 with the box "K visa applicant voluntarily completed vaccinated requirements" checked but didnt have the covid vaccine at the time and the "Remarks" section says c19 is not required for K visa. I would get it updated but the approved civil surgeons near me are refusing to only do the vaccine portion of i-693 -
These doctors they certify are clowns. Handful on the list in my area no longer do it, others say they cant just do the vaccination record and that the original doctor has to do it even though I'm telling them the government website says they can and one wants $600 for full examination. Ridiculous how limited the choices are
