Hi all Visa journey members. Finally my case was approved by the US Embassy. I would say thanks to all members who help me and answer my questions I make it with your help thanks from my heart.

I try to get one but it show nothing. I will send message to the embassy to get clarification. It could be the third national rule. I will keep try to get appointment and will contact the embassy. Hopefully get something.

Okay thanks you just answered all  questions in my mind. 
 
 After the embassy get your case it takes about two weeks or less to be ready and at the nvc stage it take my case around a month see my timelibe might help.  Right now I try to book appointment but as you said no appointment available. I will keep try a d I will keep you update. Thank you for your response!

If the embassy does not receive an e-mail, send them an e-mail and ask if I can make an appointment.

This is a default message from NVC when they send any case to the embassy.  It does not apply to K-1's.  Your embassy should email the beneficiary with instructions to complete the DS-160, pay the MRV fee, schedule the medical and schedule the interview.  They should also provide a list of what the beneficiary should bring to the interview.

Then, you will probably have to wait, then schedule your own interview.

K-1s normally schedule their own interview after the case is ready at the consulate.  Did you have an approved expedite?

There are two options: challenging the decision providing evidence that there is no actual misrepresentation or filing a hardship waiver which implies there was indeed misrepresentation.
 
If you are certain there is no misrepresentation AT ALL, your attorney must pressure the embassy into disclosing the specifics.
 
As mentioned by another member, your lawyer can make a FOIA request to find out exactly what misrepresentation they're referring to.
Another choice -that I found on a law firm website- is doing what is described in the following text:

It was a mystery to B: why had the consulate in Italy permanently barred her from the United States under Section 212(a)(6)(C)(i)? We were curious also, because after talking to her in great detail, we could not understand. So we sent a short inquiry to the consulate, only asking for the factual basis of the decision. After not receiving a response, we sent another inquiry. When the consulate refused to respond, we brought this recalcitrance to the attention of Washington and raised the issue of this draconian decision: why did the consulate permanently bar B? After a week, Washington responded that the consulate “carefully” reconsidered its decision and decided to reverse it. The 6C decision was rescinded."

In the first post you'll find a linked document and there should be an explanation how to contact NVC and to update your email address with them online to receive a notification with your case number as soon as NVC creates it.

You’re gonna have to call NVC and find out your case number. After which you can see its status on CEAC.gov. The consulate typically contacts you when the status shows “ready”. Until then you have to wait. 

You are absolutely right. I will make sure that my case not going to us embassy in Turkey and let see what is going on. 
 
I want to share that there is backlog in all US embassies but all most all nationality has high chances to get interview in the US embassy in their countries but for iraqi nationality there is no chance no US embassy in iraq and all other US embassies refuse to take any case not belong to their country of service. I just try to find a way to get solution. As you mentioned it is not about Covid-19 any more because all the world start live with it and there is requirement people follow to make sure no one get covid. Mask, test, vacuum but these embassies refuse under no cause to service! 
 
I try to figure out all possible way to move my case. Until this moment I do not know which embassy it going too! 
 
Final thing I heard that us embassy in iraq might get update news about reopen some where in October

I'm the Petitioner and my fiancée from Iraq 
 
I send out I 129f Form on January 21/2021. I got note of received on March 14/2021. And in September 15/2021 I got my case approved from the uscis and it send to NVC.. 
 
My issue is that where my fiancée reside no US embassy and all iraqi immigration visa will be forward to one of the three US Embassies in  Turkey or Qatar or United Arabic Emirates.  Everything so far good. 👋 
              US Embassy in Doha
 I send email to the US embassy in doha and asked them if they will get my case when NVC send it to them and in couple of days they reply to me ( that in this time we will not Processing visa application to third nationality. We processing only for Qatar citizens and Qatar Permanent resident.

I called you US embassy in Ankara and I asked them the same question they told me to see they website you will find all info you need. I visited they website and it say the US embassy in Ankara are processing visa applications only for turkey citizens or permanent residents. 
 Okay 😭
 I emailed the US embassy in abu dhabi and no answer yet. 
 
Please if any one know which US embassy are correctly processing visa applications for iraqi residents please let me know.. 
 
And just want to ask is there any good to contact my state senator or representative??
 
I am also think about filling law sue against the Embassy that has the case and refused to processing with out reasons. I mean doha or Ankara embassy need to put requirements example third countries residents need to be in the country of interviewing in 20 days before the interview and need to bring Covid-19 negative test before the interview in three days. This requirement will make it hard for third country residents but it better than just keep the case frozen.

I heard that Turkey is accepting transferred if the fiancé has a Turkish residency. I am just wondering how long does it take to get the residency. Did anyone do the residency in turkey, if yes how long did it take to get the Turkish residency.
