We just got rejections for EAD and Advanced Parole for no fee, when we aren't required to pay a fee. So now we have to resubmit.

another month - still nothing

I would love an answer as well. We have had no update since they received our response to the RFE on April 18.

We had an rfe in April and have had no movement since April 18th...hoping for some movement.

We submitted the following documents outside of the signed intent to marry 1. Chats from the course of the relationship 2. Calls from the course of the relationship 3. Screenshots of video calls 4. Proof of my fiance visa to Japan 5. Photos of trips to Japan including engagement photos 6. Proof of travel to and throughout Japan 7. Proof of initial engagement and ring They asked him why he didn't find someone in Japan to marry. We followed up with: 1. More Chats 2. More Calls 3. Different screenshots 4. Different photos from my trip to Japan 5. 4 signed affidavits (2 from America and 2 from Japan)

12/18 but then we were able to change it to 12/1. They requested more proof of our relationship.

We've got an interview date. Everything in November was filled, unfortunately. But at least its scheduled

Case status just moved to Ready today!! Looking forward to the next steps!

I'm still at NVC. They are moving so slow on July filers.

We have not received anything from NVC yet. Monday makes 30 days. Timeline File: 7/15/2022 NOA1: 7/19/2022 NOA2: 7/28/2023
