    I'm not a lawyer I can't give legal advice, but in the top post it says "deferred adjudication" so if the terms of that court agreement is met there is no offense charged or convicted. You can do a background search to see the history you need to present in most states for a small fee, I think Oklahoma is here: https://chirp.osbi.ok.gov/ Good luck!

    For those arriving now or soon make sure to check the VJ process here: We were overjoyed to be together again but the process doesn't stop. Get an SSN, driver permit, marriage license, and health insurance as soon as you can. She got her SSN today, we applied 2 weeks after arrival as recommended here: Good luck everyone!
