  1. My husband had his biometrics appointment this morning and his status just changed to "actively reviewing". Hope that's a very good sign.
  2. Mine says National Benefits Center...I think that's a good thing...better than California
  3. Did it come snail mail or was it uploaded to your USCIS account?
  4. Got I-797C today and logged in. Biometrics appt is 2/6/25. A lot of my evidence (W-2's, bank statements), etc are uploaded to his USCIS account. I guess this is all a good sign, but still think it will be years before all this is over. We plan on filing for citizenship in about a year so I guess they will overlap.
  5. Yes, Elgin lockbox. I'm trying to remember how to get into his account now. 😃
  6. Mailed my husband's on Jan 7th and see that the check was cashed today. Still haven't gotten anything though.
  7. My husband was refused under 221(g) because they wanted a second Dr visit. The kept his passport at the London embassy. Is this considered administrative processing? He went to the second Dr visit on Mar 6, 2023 and passed. The Dr sent this info to London on Mar 10 and it was reviewed Mar 18. However, his status still shows as refused and hasn't updated since. There are no gray areas as the second Dr visit was fine so idk why they won't process his British passport and allow him to come here. Is it just too soon? Any thoughts?
  8. I have what I think is a similar situation. Admins, if this isn't the correct place for this post, please advise. My intention is not to highjack someone else's post.
