Hi @tas005 I think my suggestion is only you have waiting options. According to my experience my case complete in 28 month interview to new medical request.my interview was 21 Oct 2022 and they requested me new medical and other documents in first week of February interview 21 Oct 2022 request Ds5535 6 March 2023 new medical req 6 Feb 2025 Wom did not seem to help in those days just fellow up with congress man . In my case congress man give me big help . I really appreciate for his help Thank you

Hi @Ninja7324 they requested me new medical,fresh police certificate ,ds260 form ,2 pic on 6 February. They received everything on 24 Feb .but only medical left I booked on 13 March . My last case update today 27 Feb 2025 thank you

Hi I send my documents on 10 and they acknowledge they received my documents on 24 but they said PLz Note that your case is still undergoing AP i though I updated my Ds260 from I changed my USA green card address new job company new passport no may be because of this one . They cleared my case after 18 months from AP and even requested me few documents too. Everything was going fine and I booked my medical exam too but today they said we have received your documents but your case is still in AP. Does anyone have any idea that why is this happening?

Hi all i received this response from embassy from my last fellow up on case status I don’t know why they put me again Ap . My first Ap was 7 March 2023. It is normal response. They did not respond me I am clear the first Ap plz share your experience thank you so much Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. Hi I think their total focus is on family based visa not employment me and Ak47 even hit Ds5535 in March 2023 but no new news . I think they will focus other categories in after September. It’s my understanding thank you
