  1. @Tikitch Congrats!! From sending in my passport and 2nd medical, it was like 6 weeks until CEAC changed to issued. Got passport back in 2 days. You'll get a leaflet with the info regarding paying the $220 fee, and the "A" number is called "registration number" on your visa.
  2. Holy #######! After like 9 months in DS-5535.. Visa and Passport have returned to me. No WOM filed but was almost going to pull trigger!! Aug 22 2023: CEAC changed to issued. Aug 24 2023: Passport picked up at CPO
  3. Okay, so a little news out of the MTL. I did my usual bi-weekly ish follow email expecting to get the "generic" email they usually send back. Nope, they replied back with please grab a new medical and send your passport in via the AIS service. So that's something positive. Timeline: Interview: Nov 9 2023 221g: DS5355 Nov 9 2023 Positive News: May 26 2023 I didn't file a WOM
  4. Check your DS260, it would have asked for the intended US address / “Please provide the following information on where you intend to live after arrival in the United States.”
  5. @Mmk2112 the address was provided on your DS260 form and that will be the address your GC will be mailed to. Estimated 4 weeks up to 6 months. Your SSN should come within 2week upon arrival, but if you need it sooner for work or such, you might need to visit a SSA office to get the number sooner.
  6. Don’t forget to pay the IV fee (green card) fee $220 prior to crossing but it’s okay to pay after crossing too (just will delay producing of your Physical GC)
  7. Of course, sitting on fence. Had a chat with the sponsor, and seeing what's best for us now. Maybe a reverse sponsorship to Canada... Life planning is tough now.
  8. @Beefybabygirl Unfortunately they don't CC your sponsor of those emails. I'm surprised you didn't update your email on CEAC prior to the interview. Anyway, the only option here is to email montreal-iv-dv@state.gov with your case number, your name, birthdate, sponsor name, their birthdate and see if you can get it updated. Or inquiry to montreal-iv-dv@state.gov.
  9. Yeah, I94 wasn't really reliable until like 2015 I believe. And land crossing entries don't really trigger an i-94 entry right? 700 crossing, wow. You must be at a land crossing.
  10. K1 Visa (129f- Fiancé) are still a package, physically handed to the CBP and they forward to a service center. Marriage visa types (CR1/IR1) are digital and are pulled up on the system by CBP. Hope that helps
  11. Welcome to the 5535 nightmare now. 1/ OMB is just the form reference they use. OMB 1405-0226 so don't worry about that. 2/ Put all the same information in again, it's just very repetitive. 3/ the questionnaire is your DS-5535 4/ Check your emails, friends you might have travelled with, tripit app, expedia or other booking sites. 60 min burden is an understatement, I think I took 36 hours since the 2007-2011 trips were a little blurry to remember but I did my best. I had over 300 lines of trips in 15 yrs so maybe it was just me.
