Thanks for replying. I communicated with a visa agent, and the agent told me that we don't need to worry too much about the CEAC status right now since we haven't scheduled an interview date and haven't received the P3 instruction email from the embassy yet. The CEAC status is only valid for those who have attended the interview and serves as a visa condition for the decision made by the CO. -
I just got my NVC welcome letter few day ago, and i checked my CEAC status is ready after the day I got my NVC welcome letter. But right now, i checked my CEAC status is show "refused". Anyone encounter this situation? What should I do? And, any assistance can help me to better understand what is going on? Thank you very much.

I think your progress can consider as fast, at least you heard something from NVC. I have the same day as you received the NOA2 on March 6, but I inquired NVC at least 5 times, and they said they still didn't receive my petition, it already more than 60 days. Hope to hear some good news next week
