  1. I called them this morning and the guy I spoke to confirmed he sent my results twice this morning while I was on the phone and sent me a confirmation email too. I even emailed the embassy to inform them. Guess I wait once more.
  2. Hello folks. I had my medical exam done October 22nd, and on the 29th they said they sent the results to the embassy. On October 31st I got my interview, everything went well but they sadly didn"t have the results, only the vaccination records. So of course, they issued me the 221g, telling me not to worry about it and that they would issue the visa as soon as they receive the results. They didn't tell me to do anything, that they would be reaching out to where I did my medical exam. November 19th, I emailed them again to know if they receive the results and called the clinic where I did my medical. Clinic said they messed up and actually sent me the results instead of sending it to the embassy...sigh. Confirmed then that they were sending them. 3 days later I called them to confirm they did, and they again confirmed me they did it. Today, the embassy answered my email, 3 weeks later saying they still do not have my results... I don't know what to do at this point. I'll be calling the clinic tomorrow once again but I was wondering if I can email the results I received myself? I did try but I'm unsure if they 100% want the clinic to be the ones to send it to them/. I really need some advice.. It's been 40 days since my interview and it's really getting discouraging since I've been waiting for over 2 years to get to this point. The US Embassy in question is Montreal,Canada.
  3. Hello! Our petition was finally approved after waiting since September 2022. My fiance is the USC and received the I-797 today. I had a question regarding the validity date, it says Valid from 05/17/2024 to 09/16/2024. Does that mean I should be moving to the US by that date? I'm curious to know how fast the next steps are going to go. I had planned a trip to go back the US on July 25th until October 20th, will I receive the NVC letter and interview date by then or is it most likely to be after? I'm not sure if I should cancel the trip based on that. The trip was booked at the beginning of the month. I'd love some help and to be enlightened. Really excited!
