    Its responsibility of your surgeon to let you know if need the shot or not if they say you dont need it they explain that in medical form that they send. I had my latest COVID booster shot in 2023 Dec and I received an RFE for medical in June 2024. My surgeon said I am good and do not need booster nor do I need any flu vaccine as its not flu season, I have not taken flu vaccine in last 3 years and Voila!! I got approved within 2 weeks . So as everyone is saying trust your surgeon as its their responsibility as well to explain. It's good to be informed but do not trust what everyone says. So dont worry and just wait for approval.

    I checked few things and below are my findings: 1. only citizen can vote but in some areas in local elections non citizen can vote as well. (not sure if that is why its not considered as proof) 2. What are 3 acceptable forms for proof of U.S. citizenship? (1) A U.S. passport, including a U.S. Passport Card issued by the Department of State, without regard to any expiration date as long as such passport or Card was issued without limitation. (2) A Certificate of Naturalization. (3) A Certificate of U.S. Citizenship. looks like that is why they are asking you these docs. Was your ex a citizen at the time of marriage or he got naturalized later? obviously the officer is not very cooperative and if there is no way you can find these data, I will say respond to the rfe and explain them why you do not have those details and if you can't get naturalized now you will try at 5 yr rule as you have very less time. Also see if you can check with any lawyer.

    No I have not, but I read few post where I read at few places that one should have lawyer with them in order to keep check on what USCIS is asking. I was think if I have to, may be I can start looking for one just in case if I Get the interview call and not sure if I will have enough time then. looks like Atl Fo is taking a lot of time they received my file a year back but after a year they have sent RFE for medical. That is why i wanted to check what am i expecting next and how much more time .

    there may or may not be an interview honestly there is no way to tell that. We have seen all different types of cases.     Always ask a copy of what your lawyer is sending that will give you the transparency of what is being sent. When I was asked for more evidences, my attorney said only provide docs that you have not submitted before, but i see people do submit duplicate evidences so I will leave that up to you. I would say submit a statement explaining every thing from start of your relationship and evidences to corroborate your statement and please make sure not to provide any false information as they do a thorough investigation and i have seen people petition getting rejected because of that.
