  1. Not so much that I can’t. I do need the surgery but it’s not life threatening. That’s a great idea about leaving and quickly coming back. Thanks again for your help. You’re a life saver. Hope for many blessings for you.
  2. @pushbrk it’s me bugging you again. First I wanted to thank you for all your help. My wife got approved for her immigrate visa we are set to move to the States from South Korea this November. Bad news: I suddenly need to get a serious surgery done her in Korea. Is there a way to postpone our departure or freeze our approval? I did see on USCIS page that it said for natural disasters or illnesses. But nothing on surgery. Think it was form I-539 thanks again!
  3. Thanks very much. I will submit that and we’ll see if it works. They usually take about 2 weeks to respond.
  4. Thanks for responding. I sent an official document from my US bank showing banking activity/the address I will be moving to. That was one of the options to use. However it wasn’t enough to prove my domicile. My intentions are to move back to the states with my wife when she gets her green card

  6. Hello @pushbrk sorry to bother you again. All of my wife’s documents are submitted via NVC. However everything I send to prove my domicile in the US has been rejected. I’ve been living in South Korea for 10 1/2 years so it’s very difficult to prove my domicile. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks. I’ve already submitted my bank account to them and passport scan.
