  1. Yes, That's all you need. However, I sent tax trascripts for three years (I'm applying under three year rule).
  2. I was in a similar position. My interview was months after the expiration date of the notice due to covid delays. I didn't do anything about it and everything went fine.
  3. I was in a similar position. Interview was in Cairo and it went perfectly fine. No issues.
  4. You only need a valid green card for Germany (no requirement for 3-months validity after return). This is a link to the visa processing center: https://usa.blsgermanyvisa.com/ They list all the requirements there. I see! I think you should wait for the extension letter in that case. My experience is a little bit different because my green card wouldn't expire until a month after my return. (my guess is that they don't care because they expect you to take care of it to be able to come back to the US but that's just a guess. FYI the German consulate is very responsive to inquiries: https://www.germany.info/us-en)
  5. Thanks. I was able to get the visa. Germany doesn't require 3 months validity for the green card.
  6. Germany seems not to require the 3 month validity for the green card. I contacted the visa center and the consulate and while their answers weren't direct, this was what I understood from it. They only responded with "you need a valid green card." So, I decided to apply anyway.
  7. Were you able to find a solution to this problem? I'm in the same situation. Thank you!
