    Good information. But is it possible to get married early and not sponsor the spouse till the sponsoring person become US citizen. In the mean time the immigrating spose can be in a different visa status. How does USCIS look into this?

    Hello All, FYI I mailed out my EAD and AP renewal on Jan 28 and someone picked from USPS on Feb 8. I got email from my lawyer just now that we received the receipt notice for your I-765 petition. This is really very frustrating that USCIS only send the notice for 765 and not for 131 and class requested is C09 when I put C09P in my 765 application.. Yet they took 3 weeks to generate the notice. I guess I have to wait for 131 notice.

    That's impressive, I have only seen people being frustrated with EMMA. On the other hand you were able to get an info pass through her. Currently I am waiting for decision on my i-360. This is really a valuable information. Thank you for sharing @balo101

    Do anyone knows why starting February 10, 2023, self-petitioning abused spouses, children, and parents must file Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant, and Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, at the Nebraska Service Center instead of the Vermont Service Center? Are they going to process VAWA application at NSC too?

    Hello Fam First of all thanks to everyone who helped file my EAD renewal @balo101 . Although I do have a question about delivery. I have used USPS as delivery and as it can be seen in the image that an individual picked up from the postal facility. Question is shouldn't USPS deliver it to USCIS instead of USCIS coming and picking up. I used this address for delivery. Is this okay situation?     Thank you for sharing your experience. The undelivered notice was your prima facie document. You already got on on June 2nd 2022, What is the validity of that PF? and what is the validity of the one your received recently?

    I still see the processing times as 32 months. Every case takes it's own time. I have seen some 2020 and 2021 approvals. So I guess they are working on those years PD. Hard to tell how USCIS operate internally.

    It doesn't matter as you are already inside the country and your AOS is still pending.

    They usually allow for a year on the passport.

    Yes I was able to return with my indian passport.
