OP posts confusing sounding but clear question, originally in K-1 forums I believe, there is a response linking to forums for K-1 procedure. Now, just from reading immigration forums as a person not professionally connected to immigration at all, I am aware that in MENA countries it is very common for partners to call each husband and wife long before marriage. A person with zero knowledge about K-1 visa nuances likely won't know the dangers of that. I also think anyone with posts in thousands on immigration website should have some degree of cultural awareness, OR at the very least clarify with a clearly unexperienced person about what they mean. That is what I mean about being charitable before jumping to assumptions about the posts. In that thread you can see folks who do provide factual explanation, but there is also a sense of a dog pile in the midst of whole CR-1 vs K-1 confusion thread being moved from one place to another etc. Additionally OP clearly uses some automated software to translate messages, and unfortunately when they respond replies get translated as well. I think that should be addressed on a technical on the forms. When responding to someone, original reply should be immutable. Eventually thread moved to region specific forum and locked and some administrative action is taking. No idea what that means in practical terms. OP is banned? For not being technically proficient enough? Now objectively speaking, do you really think this good example of best experience someone to the forums or K-1 / CR-1 visa process can get? I think some more active members might have an issue with burn out, it is perfectly ok and understandable. If you only pop into a thread to type short pithy reply followed by "I am out" maybe ask yourself if you need to post anything at all.

Sure But can you see how what you typed is different from what said? So is sharing information from the sources other then self reported forums timelines ok, or not? And mentioning tools outside (E.g. widely popular apps) is ok not? That is not advertising Whatsapp groups or FB communities. Or the goal is just to have a walled garden where any sources of outside information are purged.

I believe this is about 3rd party app Lawfully for both iOS and Android. They also have website with USCIS statistical information. I have no idea why this site would forbid access or sharing factual information from other sources that can be either helpful or at least interesting to people monitoring USCIS internal workings.

This has been my observation as well. Often seems members posts in low to mid thousands cruise into a thread to drop off putting, and to be honest not always accurate response, then cruise out. Seeing same or similar question asked might be jading to some members, but responses giving outright rude responses, or jumping to assumptions, or subtly putting down people due to cultural or language differences is really off putting behavior. This is not about people "wanting to hear answers that they want to hear" but basic decency and giving members who ask questions big or small a modicum of charitability and not treating them as either incompetent or fraudsters.

The hopefully they will internally sort it out. A bit concerned about biometric. If biometric letter only mentions I-485 and not I-765 it might be a bit of an issue. Guess just wait and see. Worse case scenario, after awhile after you have NOA1 for I-485 resubmit I-765 to correct Lockbox while also including NOA1 for I-485.

Did you put (C)(9) as eligibility category on your I-765?

What you posted is for Employment based I-765, yours is Family based. Eligibility category (C)(9)

K-2 can get SSN after either I-765 or I-485 approval. What K-2 cannot do generally is get SSN right away arriving into the country the way K-1 can.

Some languages to do not have gendered pronouns, Turkish for example is one of them. It is clearly person is posting using online translator. The gender actually might matter though as most countries won't allow same sex marriages which will eliminate all those CR/IR I-130 suggestions.

Which is fine to give a friendly heads up if that is an actual issue. But not treat it as some crime or red flag because person who might not be well versed in nuances of USA bureaucracy used culturally appropriate to them term. Site is meant to be helpful not antagonistic.

They said partner "came to Turkey" doesn't mean beneficiary lives in Turkey. Most people in MENA countries refer to their partners as husband and wife regardless of legal status. It is cultural thing.

"Certified" just means that translation needs to include following statement: Anyone can do it, and you never hate to pay for it.
