  1. IF they took your funds, you should get your NOA1. Did you also include G-1145 with mobile (not VoIP) phone number for text messages?
  2. This comes with asterisk. 6 months is calculated based on the size of their current backlog and current processing speed. Processing speed can unfortunately vary widely, currently it is about 5000 I-129F cases per months. IF USCIS keeps up that speed, backlog will continue to shrink and filers who just now submitted their I-129F approvals might see their action on their case in as little as 6 months. But there are no guarantees when it comes to USCIS and political changes coming next year.
  3. Essentially this is know via scanning USCIS receipt numbers on a daily basis and monitoring progress USCIS makes. There are website that track that, but posting them here is not allowed from what I understand.
  4. According to current processing times, if filed (Oct 2023) today, I-129F approval will take about 6 months, I-130 approval around 11 months. Obviously no guarantees that processing speed will stay the same. EAD approvals at around 3 months after filing AOS.
  5. Correct, no I-864 is needed for K-1 at consulate stage. For I-134 I would suggestion petitioner goes to IRS.gov and gets free "Tax Return" transcript for most recent tax year (2022 as of right now)
  6. You are not asked to submit I-134. Generally Consulate expects to see it during interview. Beneficiary doesn't submit it, but bring it with them to the interview as proof they are not likely to become "public charge" What exactly is an issue with your USC fiance providing you with one?
  7. Unfortunately that is information hard to find, your best bet probably would be checking with others who went via that consulate and used co-sponsors.
  8. That is not entirely true. While USCIS supplied processing time actual decreased to 16 months from 16.5, actual processing is more like 12-13 months. Now regardless, congressman can put in requests that might make USCIS see if there is something specific that made your case stuck. Remember, you have 2 senators and one congressman that all of them will have form on their websites specifically for "help with federal agency" They can't force USCIS to make a decision, but they can for sure at least put in requests. Good luck, and hope you hear something sooner rather than later!
  9. Tax return should be sufficient, can download pdf of those and beneficiary will print. PDF of I-134. Scan one page of I-134 with signature of the sponsor to be printed by beneficiary. Check if UK Embassy allows co-sponsors.
  10. I don't believe substitute I-864 form has to be from a relative. Anyone who can show sufficient income should be able to sponsor you.
  11. Check CEAC site with your NVC case number and wait for that to show Ready. Prepare I-134 if you are a petitioner with supporting evidence, tax transcripts etc and provide it to your beneficiary. Congrats and good luck!
  12. What matters is edition in bottom left corner. But your beneficiary won't need I-134 until day of their interview, so there is no harm in waiting a bit to see if they will upload new version of the form. IT is my understanding current version of I-134 is very buggy and difficult to fill out, so they might fix it in next iteration. Or so one hopes.
  13. Doesn't look like Ohio allows first cousins to marry. Maybe patrioteer can move to a different state.
  14. Embassies have a power to extend validity by up to 12 months.
  15. Sounds like form DS-5535. For divorce decree, you should be able to get certified copy from court where you got divorced and provide it to him. Police reports? Do you mean police clearance? That is something you suppose to get before going to the interview.
  16. Try using this form and ask. Provide them screenshot of your approval NOA2 page. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html
  17. Not many details to go on, usually they give you piece of papers telling you what they require and your fiance need to provide it. Do you know what was missing?
  18. Probably about 50% of y'all will be processed with approval or RFE by end of August 2023 or so.
  19. I didn't realize there was "advanced" internal search until you mentioned it just now.
  20. My suggestion would be a bigger firewall between CEHT subforum and the rest of the side. Search on this side is already hard or maybe I never was able to figure it out? can't search in chronological order for some reason?? I think search by default should not return any results from CEHT at all, and maybe have checkbox along the lines "search all subforums: Warning you might see results not pertaining to immigration" or something along those lines if at all technically possible.
  21. According to Matter of Sesay I do not believe that part is true. As long as I-864 was not withdrawn by original petitioner, LPR status can be granted even if couple is divorced as long as marriage within 90 days did happen.
  22. Well seeing how site owner?/Founder posted in this thread earlier asking for feedback it is good place as any to mention it. Neither really. This is not my site to seek policing and not my place to educate. I can just share how I perceived thing through the lens of my personal experience. I'd like to clarify the issue that I observed in that thread: When poster quotes or responds to someone while using automated translation tools it would change the text they are responding to senders native language. Having upper forums English only makes perfect sense to me for all the reasons you listed. Again requiring English is not an issue. But maybe something can be done on a technical level so that quoted text doesn't get translated when response is posted from a poster using automated tool in attempt to comply with the site rule.
  23. I think this post sums up inadmissibility categories. If you have Doctor's note, I would think you should be fine. No point to agonise about it now, just have a good explanation ready for if/when you are asked about it. Good luck!
