  1. Do you have NVC case number? Did you as petitioner received K1-FTP e-mail that approved petition was sent to the Embassy?
  2. DS-160 part is correct, but K-1 interviews are done by immigrant visa unit at the Embassy and have to be scheduled under Immigrant. How you do it, depends on your specific Embassy. Generally you have to pay MRV fee of $265 USD before you can schedule it.
  3. This website https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/99-united-kingdom/ Also the Discord for K-1 visa.
  4. Depends on how you define normal. It is not unheard of, but this part of process is very opaque so people mostly speculate. Basically USCIS makes some sort of a mistake but not checking a box, NVC catches it and USCIS has to fix it. Petitioner never gets involved, it is sorted between USCIS and NVC but there is an unfortunate delay. Hopefully this will mean some movement soon.
  5. I agree. Check with NVC on the status if you have case number from them. It is also possible that delay was because NVC had to send case back to USCIS for revalidation and that is why you see another approval.
  6. Speculation but seems like your first case never made it to NVC, so they re-approved it and will send it to NVC again?
  7. E-mail or call PH Embassy and have them update it. See if you can contact ASC at (+63) 2 8548-8223 or (+63) 2 7792-8988.
  8. Should not affect it since you never actually applied for visa.
  9. The interview date will depend entirely on your Embassy. You will want to check Knightsbridge specific forum about how long it takes in UK.
  10. Contact your congressperson/President. It doesn't take in most cases, but depending on circumstances of the criminal conviction you might be slowed down. This is well outside of typical processing times.
  11. Where do you see 2 dozes are required? " On September 12, 2023, ACIP recommended that all persons aged ≥6 months receive updated (2023–2024 Formula) monovalent, XBB.1.5 component (updated) COVID-19 vaccination to protect against severe COVID-19–associated illness and death."
  12. This will on Embassy specifc website as process for visa delivery varies between Embassies. Not all Embassies use ustraveldocs either. Though Vietnam does https://www.ustraveldocs.com/vn/vn-iv-kvisa.asp
  13. Make eye contact with an officer, know details of your partner, listen carefully to what you are being asked and answer the question that was asked, not the question you might THINK is being asked. Do not overshare. Seems to work in most cases. But some Embassies seem to be more hostile than others.
  14. I-129F approvals for most people are significantly faster than a year. Rest is Embassy dependent.
  15. If you received notice this Tuesday, Embassy will receive your packet on Monday Manila time. Suggest you finish your DS-160 before then and pay MRV fee at RCBC bank so you are ready to schedule your interview the moment slots are open. I believe they only do interviews on Tue and Wed. Good luck. https://mydhl.express.dhl/id/en/tracking.html#/results?shipperReference=EXP 07 MAY 2024A&fromDate=2024-05-07&toDate=2024-05-15&destinationCountryCode=PH
  16. Burden of proof of what? MAin requirement is intent to marry within 90 days which is satisfied by 2 letters of intent and a single face to face meeting within 2 years. Which is usually satisfied via passport stamps, photos at known landmarks, or I-94s if it is beneficiary the one visiting.
  17. 100 pages sounds like too much for I-129F. Entirely unnecessary at USCIS stage.
  18. This part of the wait is hopefully short but can be annoying. Also USCIS might not always update status to sent to DOS but they usually do. If status still just say "approved" after 3 weeks, I would use AskNVC to check regardless.
  19. Wait 2 weeks after USCIS status shows "Case sent to DOS" then use https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html to submit inquiry about your NVC case number. Do not write long messages, just provide your WAC number to them and ask for NVC Case Number. Repat this every week until they provide you with one. Then you can monitor your case on CEAC website. Congrats and good luck.
  20. No. That is where sponsor lists their dependents. Joint sponsor will need to do I-134 of their own, in addition to the one petitioner makes. Joint sponsor will be the one signing it. Based on that income 96000, you should not need a joint sponsor though.
  21. I-944 was not really reversed, instead it was just rolled into I-485. There is now a question there about public charge which K-1 people need to answer with a "Yes" as well as all the follow up questions about income and education.
