My partner’s ESTA has been denied and we aren’t given a reason why. We have flights booked to the US (I’m American) and we had no trouble getting her ESTA approved before. Does anyone have any advice on what to do? We have delayed our flights by one week but now I think I might be travelling back on my own..

Our petition has been approved and is now being sent to the NVC. 1. From reading the letter, am I correct in thinking that we should hear back from them within 2-4 weeks about an interview date? Or has that timeframe changed at all recently? 2. Do I need to prepare anything on my end? What about my fiancée?

So once it’s requested by the London consulate, that’s when it generally takes a couple months for the interview to be scheduled? I’m trying to get an idea of timing…simply because my fiancée is coming with me to the US for 3 months in April and we’re supposed to hear about the petition approval around Feb/March… so if she gets a notice for the interview whilst she’s in the US…you see my concern?

Hi all. My fiancée is from the UK. We filed the 129 and it was received on 4th November 2021, got the notice 6th November 2021. I’m confused on the timelines, as when I checked a few months ago, timeframe said 13 months but it’s not jumper to 15.5 months. 1. What exactly am I waiting for in this time period - Is it the interview? 2. How soon does the interview get scheduled after this wait period? 3. What can I be doing during this time to get ready for what comes next?
