    I know I ask the lawyer last year I told to my lawyer the situation then she told me to file a different petition I-130 petition for stepchild that’s why we got approved now, I ask her it’s gonna be affect to my wife that I file k1visa and she told me no because is different petition so I don’t think it’s gonna be affect the situation thank you for your answer I just wondered but my gots I know everything it’s gonna be okey

    Ohh no she’s not hiding the child I did not put there child because I did not know about it yet when I called uscis there told me just petition the different visa that’s why I file I-130 petition for stepchild

    Yes I did not include her daughter because the uscis told me it’s okey if I petition separately but I did not including her name

    Nope my wife she’s here already so it’s separate petition for my stepdaughter I-130 petition and we approved now and I dunno the next step I need to wait for NVC or I need to pay the processing so I dunno that’s why I need help for this processing thanks

    Hello guys I need help I petition my daughter in the Philippines she’s 18yrs old and I got a letter that I’m approved and I don’t know what is the next step it’s say I did not indicate the affidavit of support or do I need to file that if she’s here already please help me thanks
